About Us
Amy Wagner, LPC
I believe that all people possess the strength and ability to achieve their personal goals and find success no matter the circumstance. I utilize a strengths-based, person-centered approach, with the hope of helping clients tap into their endless potential and empower them to find happiness and hope in their lives.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. I have over 20 years of experience working with a wide-range of individuals, including both adolescents and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, life transitions, and family conflict. While no two people are the same, I find that exploring different therapeutic modalities with clients, such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, Psychoanalytic Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy, leads to positive results.
I have a passion for helping others find their way through life's biggest challenges. Understanding each family's unique dynamic and applying the appropriate therapeutic technique is my area of expertise.
I commonly treat issues related to marriage, single parenting, grandparent-as-caretaker, special needs, education, and childhood diagnoses. I specialize in relationship building, networking, and community outreach, and have immense experience navigating the related systems, which tend to be complex. I look forward to working together towards your goals and life passions!

Making the choice to seek help takes strength and courage. Once we identify goals, we will build on your personal strengths to work through challenges and conflicts toward healing, recovery, and stability.
I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling from Temple University in 2015. I have experience working with children, teenagers, adults, couples, and families. The clients I have worked with in the past have experienced a wide variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, family dynamics, communication issues, and emotional dysregulation.
It is important to build trust together so that our time together is effective. The treatment I provide is nurturing, supportive, and non-judgmental. Our work together may include EMDR, challenging negative thoughts and beliefs, practicing mindfulness, improving self-awareness, building distress tolerance, and tackling communication problems.
Therapy may not last forever, so the work we do together will include plans to maintain the positive changes you have made and skills to manage future challenges.
Ashley Huey, LPC
I have a Master’s of Education from California University of Pennsylvania. I am a licensed professional counselor and professional school counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. My approach to therapy is grounded in warmth and empathy. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is a partnership where one can navigate life’s challenges and create a safe space for self-discovery and growth. I use person centered techniques to help build a collaborative relationship to inspire individuals to take control of their story and empower them to narrate their future. I also use cognitive behavioral techniques to help identify and change negative emotions and related behaviors.
I am passionate about working with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, and challenges with self-esteem. I am also passionate about working with minorities and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
I am currently seeing clients located in Pennsylvania virtually.
